Hydroponic cultivation

Vertical hydroponic plant cultivation system with puzzle equipment

(Cultivation without soil, aeroponic suspended roots)

Introduction:

Currently, efforts to preserve the environment have become one of the main concerns of all governments. Considering the environmental problems that have arisen for mankind, the efforts of agricultural science experts to create new methods of cultivation and harvesting of crops and plants using less resources, especially water and space, and by preventing soil erosion and most importantly, the possibility of cultivation in places that are basically Geographically, it is not possible to farm. In line with this effort, a variety of hydroponic and aquaponic systems have been presented in greenhouse environments. Water culture is a method of growing plants without soil. In this type of cultivation, experts measure the nutritional needs of the plant and instead of soil, using water that is given to the plant, by adding macro and micro elements and keeping the plant with ineffective preservatives such as perlite, the need for soil is practically eliminated. Irrigation is a method that has many advantages over traditional methods in agriculture. This process requires less water, is completely sterile, and is more efficient.

The system in question in this mapping actually seeks to provide a complete package for the growth of all kinds of bush plants by hydroponic method and vertically in line with more optimal use and less use of water and space and cost for providing heating or cooling. Currently, due to the environmental problems and the lack of water in the whole world, countries such as America, Germany and the Netherlands, and unfortunately the occupying regime of Al-Quds, have invested a lot of capital and research and have launched various methods and are leading, and thanks to the efforts of committed young people and The innovator of our dear country has now optimized and localized this method and we have achieved this technology by even increasing the productivity of the cultivation system.

In this regard, the puzzle method of making each cell, as the latest vertical hydroponic method, allows setting up a greenhouse in different dimensions for different plants, and the farmer can easily change the arrangement of the cells in each cell and the distance between each floor, in addition to the additional water. In each cell, it can be returned to the system and reused, and according to the design of the system, it is possible to cultivate 264 pots in each cell, which allows up to twenty times the harvest in this system per square meter.

In this system, as an example, it is possible to grow 264 plants in a space of 2 square meters and in height. The operation process of the system based on hydroponic principles with the help of a closed cycle provides the movement of water along with nutrients in any desired number of cells.

Each vertical cell in 12 floors contains 264 beds for planting seeds and the connection to the nutritious water source is established from the highest point of the cell. Water in the form of a shower or spray with a 360-degree cover from top to bottom covers all pot-shaped bases. The bed pots are designed in such a way that they have an angle of 45 degrees to maintain the plant stem in a support-like manner. Also, from the end, it provides the ability to absorb materials for plant growth.

The design of the system is in such a way that all the pots benefit from an equal distance in order to use the nutritious water and grow the roots, and the same conditions of growth and cultivation are provided for all the plants.

The advantages of using this method at a glance:

Optimal use of water
Optimal use of space
Reducing the cost of providing heating or cooling
Increasing the cultivation capacity several tens of times
Removal of the soil and of course the huge reduction of pests that reach the plant from the soil
Reducing the total cost of constructing a hydroponic greenhouse up to a third with a production capacity of 2 times compared to existing systems in the world
