Obtaining gas concrete from recycling materials (chimney ash). Gas concrete production in the world is mostly mixed with a quartzite mine and a cement, lime, gypsum and an expanding agent with water and molding. After cutting, it is hardened by keeping it under high pressure in the autoclave. We are planning to produce aerated concrete material by using chimney ash instead of quartzite mine and by using cheaper cost curing system instead of autoclave.
Industrial plants using coal have problems in discharging and stocking ashes coming out of their chimneys. As a result of our analysis and research, it has been revealed that this waste can be used in production because it contains many of the gas concrete materials. It has been observed by us in simple trials. Our aim is to produce the product as an industrial product and to improve the production technology by taking the support of the University when necessary.
